Sales manager is responsible for coordinating all activities associated to generating sales for the company. The sales manager identifies and qualifies potential customers for our product lines. The Sales Manager understands the requirements of the customers. Works with the appropriate individuals to ensure follow up on orders. Conducts product demonstrations. The Sales Manager must establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers; have good interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external customers. Creates and manages a team of sales agents.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing a sales plan
  • Visiting potential customers
  • Close sales and follow up on the orders
  • Manage customers to levels of quality performance required by Thomas G Limited.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Languages: Dutch/English (Other languages are a plus)
